How long is the rental time?

You get 45 minutes of jet ski rental time. Rentals must leave at the set departure time you booked.

*You must check in 30 minutes before departure time.

What is the age limit to be a driver?

You must have been born before September 1st, 1993, and provide a Valid ID with a picture and date of birth upon check-in to rent a jet ski. We will not take a photo of your ID from your phone.

What if I am born on or after September 1st, 1993?

Great news! If you are 18 or older, you can take several Boaters Safety Courses online to obtain a Boater Safety Certificate. Upon check-in, you must provide a valid ID with a picture, date of birth, and your online Texas Boaters certificate number to rent a jet ski. This course usually takes 5 hrs.

Do not rent your jet ski before you complete the course.

There is no age restriction for a ride-along passenger. They are also not required to give any ID.

What are the weight and other physical restrictions?
Single Passenger Weight limit 250 lbs (113 KG)

Single + additional passengers. All passenger’s combined weight cannot exceed the limit of 350 lb (159 KG).

Participants should consider their physical fitness level and medical history when determining whether this ride is appropriate. We recommend against joining this activity if you have cardiac conditions, respiratory conditions, previous back or neck injuries, or any other medical condition. Pregnant women are not allowed to join this activity.
Can I ride while intoxicated?

It is unlawful to operate while intoxicated (loss of mental or physical faculties or blood alcohol content of .08 or higher).

If caught your 1st conviction is punishable by a fine not to exceed $2,000, confinement in jail not to exceed 180 days, or both; 2nd conviction is punishable by a fine not to exceed $4,000, confinement not to exceed one year, or both; 3rd conviction punishable by a fine not to exceed $10,000, imprisonment for not more than 10 years or less than 2 years.

*Failure to submit a specimen to determine blood alcohol content may result in your driver’s license suspension.
