How long is the rental time?

Each jet ski rental includes 45 minutes of ride time and departs at your scheduled booking time.

What is the minimum age to drive a jet ski?

All drivers must be born on or before September 1, 1993, and present a valid photo ID with their date of birth at check-in. Photos of IDs on mobile devices will not be accepted.

What if I am born on or after September 1, 1993?

If you are 18 or older, you can rent a jet ski by completing an approved Boater Safety Course online. You must present a valid photo ID and your Texas Boater Safety Certificate number at check-in. The course takes about 5 hours to complete.

There is no age restriction for passengers, and they do not need to present an ID.
How many passengers can ride on one jet ski?
What are the weight and physical restrictions?

The weight limit for a single rider is 250 lbs (113 kg). The combined weight limit for a driver and passenger is 350 lbs (159 kg).

Please note that customers may be weighed at check-in.

Participants should be in good physical condition. This activity is not recommended for individuals with heart conditions, respiratory issues, previous back or neck injuries, or other serious medical concerns. Pregnant women are not permitted to ride.
Can I ride while intoxicated?

Operating a jet ski while using alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited. Under Texas law, intoxication is having a blood alcohol concentration of 0.08% or higher, or lacking the normal function of mental or physical faculties.

Penalties for an initial offense include a fine of up to $2,000 and/or up to 180 days in jail. Penalties increase for subsequent offenses.

If you refuse to provide a blood or breath specimen, your driver’s license will be automatically suspended.
